I want to chat about home inspections when buying a house. As your realtor, I would always recommend doing a home inspection. You can not always see what may be going on in a home, so having a reputable home inspector perform an inspection is a wonderful piece of knowledge to have on your home!

With the findings of a report, this allows us to see if there are major concerns that need to be addressed prior to closing, being sure to ease the mind of the buyer, once they move in! There are certain times a buyer may forfeit having an inspection done, but this would come with the advice and leading of your realtor. Always have the conversations!
