Brought my client here for lunch after site inspection today. Saw this Asian Fusion Steakhouse on IG.
We ordered two dishes to share :
The medium rare Wagyu striploin M6+ 250gram was tender and bursting with flavour. It came with liver pate butter & banh mi bread as sides.
The other dish is the asian fusion stir-fried egg noodle w grilled prawns - equally flavourful.
Love the ambience & and decor, too.

I'll definitely be back to try their other dishes soon!

These include a string of property tax changes, including a new $500 fixed land tax charge on properties valued between $50,000 to $100,000; and a new $975 fixed land charge on properties valued $100,000 to $300,000.

The land tax rate on properties valued above $300,000 has also increased by up to 1 per cent, while Victoria’s absentee owner surcharge has jumped from 2 to 4 per cent.

Victorians will now pay a host of new and increased taxes, fees and charges that came into effect on New Year’s Day, but the state opposition still struggles to gain traction.
