Congrats 🥂 to these clients on selling their lake 🏡 and purchase of their gorgeous new 🏠. Countless precious memories ⛵️ at the lake home, but kids are grown and it was time to downsize! I enjoyed getting to know these neighbors and walking the journey with them. We had several obstacles getting to the finish line 🏁 but we made it 🙌🏼! From lake ⛵️ to land 🌳! Congrats to this family on the sale of their Lotawana home and the purchase of their new home w/tons of privacy and the right size for the next chapter 🌅! The girls are all grown and it was time to downsize! We had a few obstacles to overcome to get to the finish line 🏁, but working together with lisiting agent Jessica Kurzweil and lender Bruce Fate made everything run so much smoother for all three families involved!
