We are back on the market! Whoever gets this home is getting a gem. We are talking about nearly 2000 sq ft with two lots, two sheds come with the property, a fenced in yard. The kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet space. The street is quiet with only 5 houses located there. You have to come and see this one!

I try not to state reasons why things fell out of contract, but this one feels necessary. My poor sellers have gone through the wringer on this one. This has had NOTHING to do with the house. The buyers didn’t know their numbers and decided the payment was too much for them. So please, if you do decide to put in an offer, speak with your lender and/or agent about your numbers 🙂
