Part-Time Sales Rep – Inbound Lead Conversions (Remote)
About Us:
Better Future Property is a land investment company and there are two of us running it. We're not a big corporate operation, what we care about is building real relationships with the sellers and buyers we work with and genuinely enjoying the process along the way. That's the vibe we bring to every deal, and it's the vibe we want from the people we work with.
The Opportunity:
We have a high volume of leads. They're coming in every day through SMS campaigns and paid ads, so you won't be cold calling or hunting for business from scratch. We just need the right person to get on top of them, move fast, and help us close deals.
This isn't a role where you clock in, wait for instructions, and call it a day. We're looking for someone who gets genuinely fired up by a full pipeline and knows how to work it.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to inbound leads through SMS and ads quickly and professionally
Comping land and putting together offers
Following up consistently, by phone and text, with the right energy at the right time
Figuring out who in your pipeline needs attention right now and acting on it
Keeping the CRM organized so nothing slips through the cracks
Representing us the way we'd want to be represented: warm, honest, and on it
You're Probably a Good Fit If...
You hate letting leads go cold and feel the urgency naturally
You have a good read on people and can tell when someone is serious
You know when to push and when to back off, and it just feels instinctive to you
You stay organized because you know a messy pipeline costs money
You communicate in a way that makes people feel good, not pressured
You're just hungry to make things happen
Real estate or land sales experience is a big plus and will be strongly considered. That said, we care more about who you are than what your resume looks like.
Pay:
Hourly plus commission. The better you perform, the more you make.
