We are in the process of setting up a nationwide emergency call-out service to corporate (build to rent) and private landlords across the UK, with the projected launch date to be in the first quarter of 2025.
Having been in the corporate build-to-rent property maintenance and FM sector for some 8 years we have realised there is not a good, single solution out there that covers everything that emergency call outs require that are consistent, timely and cost effective for landlords, and that put tenants needs first.
We are therefore striving to offer the most comprehensive and timely solutions to every emergency situation a tenant may face.
We are in the process of screening and onboarding suppliers now so we can provide the service we are offering to our clients from day one. We are looking for reliable tradesmen to be put on to our contact list to be able to contact when an emergency arises.
We have secured over 50,000+ properties across the UK with one buy-to-rent corporate landlord alone, and are in negotiations with several others, so our call out volume could be anything from 1-1000+ per day, however the contractors who work well for us, and are reliable and competitive would become our preferred supplier and thus get a bigger caseload of work within their region.
Our preference is to work with smaller, local contractors who can supply an outstanding service within their chosen territory and who pride themselves on the service they offer.
