-Homes are selling fast, and at lower prices!

🤔 My Insight:
Buyers had more options in March with rising inventory and slightly softer prices, but homes are selling much faster and demand remains strong. Being pre-approved and ready to act is key.

Sellers saw increased buyer activity and quicker sales. While competition is growing with more listings, well-priced homes are still moving fast, strategic pricing and strong presentation matter.

2-3 bedroom homes are leading the market, selling fastest at an average of $369K and 53 days on market. 4+ bedroom homes are averaging $519K and 61 days, moving slightly slower.

This marks a shift back toward stronger demand in entry-level and mid-range homes, compared to last month when higher-end properties were moving quicker.

Looking ahead to April, expect continued momentum with more listings and active buyers. Buyers will have more choice but face competition on well-priced homes. Sellers are well-positioned, but need to price and prepare their homes properly to stand out.

As we move into April, Just like the weather, the market is also starting to warm up!
