Dear Epoca Residents,

Cozy Up at Epoca This Fall
With the changing of seasons, we are rolling out a new Fall/Winter resident event schedule that’s all about spending time with family and friends, getting cozy and enjoying our beautiful Epoca community.

Write Letters to Our Troops: This popular event will return on Nov 11 from 5-7pm at the Mason Clubhouse, giving residents an opportunity to show their appreciation for our troops overseas. National nonprofit, A Million Thanks, will collect and distribute our heartfelt letters of gratitude. Help us make a difference in the lives of our service members!

New Food Truck Format: Beginning in November, on the 2nd Friday of the month, Food Truck Fridays will become a monthly event. Our new format will feature extended hours and live music, creating a festive atmosphere to grab dinner, hang out with friends and leave everyday stresses behind. More specifics coming soon.

From Fitness to Fire Pits: With the cooler weather, we will pause our fitness classes in the park at the end of October and instead focus on larger-scale events to keep our residents connected. Join our December 6 holiday party with live music, cozy fire pits, celebratory treats and photos with Santa! Stay tuned for details, including how to sign up for Santa photos, as well as new community-wide events coming in 2026!

Message from Epoca….

Great news! The Epoca Dog Zone is officially open! This temporary space was created by the developer because we know how much you love your furry friends, and we wanted to provide a designated area where they can run off-leash safely.

??Located south of the Pop-Up Park
? Open daily from sunrise to sunset
?? Fully fenced for safety
?? Dog Zone rules are posted on-site to help keep everyone and their pets safe

We’ll also be moving our Dog Meet-Ups to this space every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5PM – 7PM.

Please make sure to pick up after your pets—we’re hoping this new space will help keep the Pop-Up Park cleaner for everyone to enjoy.
