Perry Purchase
This one was extra special because I had the honor of guiding my aunt and cousin through the home buying process. This move marks an exciting new chapter for them. Leaving a home filled with memories is always bittersweet, but it also creates the opportunity to right-size and embrace lifestyle changes including a first floor bedroom, less maintenance, and condo living, which made this the perfect fit. I’m already looking forward to many future family gatherings in their new home. ❤️
Wickliffe Home Purchase
Gary and his wife decided to move back to Ohio to be closer to the family they love so much. While they enjoyed their time in the South, being near family ultimately brought them back to wonderful Northeast Ohio. I was connected to Gary through a family friend after he asked if they knew a trusted realtor, proof that word of mouth means everything in this business! I worked closely with his daughter, who is local, as we searched for the perfect home. I’m so thankful I could play a small part in this exciting new chapter for their family.
Painesville Purchase
What an honor it was to help another family relocate back to Northeast Ohio! Dave and Jenny were searching for a trusted agent when God allowed our paths to cross. Dave recently retired from the US Navy, thank you for your service! 🇺🇸 After retirement, they planned to return home to Northeast Ohio, where they both grew up. Their home search evolved a bit throughout the process as we adjusted their original criteria, but in the end, we found the home that was meant for them all along. I’m so excited to watch them turn their new house into their home.
