For anyone new here, a bit of background.
I started in real estate in 2007, which put me right in the middle of the global financial crisis. Falling prices, shifting vendor expectations, and a market that looked nothing like the one I'd signed up for. It was a significant shock for someone just starting out.
But it turned out to be a very good foundation. You learn things in a difficult market that a good one never teaches you.
By 28 and 29 I was the number one agent under 30 in New Zealand. I now lead New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty North, with a focus on high-end property across the North Shore, Waiheke Island, Northland and the Bay of Islands.
Where we genuinely excel is the ultra high net worth market. At $10M and above, access to an international buyer audience changes what a campaign can achieve. That reach is something no other New Zealand agency has in the same way.
The other part of my role I care deeply about is agent success. Creating an environment where people can grow their business, access a different calibre of property, and reach buyers they couldn't reach before. That's something I find genuinely rewarding to be part of.
Glad to have you here.
