If you'd like your property collectively listed & marketed by ALL 9 of our member Agencies on 'Toti's only official multi-listing network, don't be fooled into signing any 'shared' mandate with any non-member Agency - if you've signed another form of 'shared mandate' with anyone other than the 9 Agencies detailed below, you have essentially signed a sole mandate and our 9 member Agencies will not be marketing your property. Always make sure you get clarity on the type of mandate you are signing 🧐
