Before paying any money, always make sure that:
✔️ The Property Practitioner's Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) is valid.
✔️ Payments are made into the official business account provided by the agency—not into an individual's personal bank account unless there is a legitimate business reason that has been clearly explained and verified.
✔️ You receive official communication from our office.
Our Rental Application Process
Once you have viewed a property and wish to apply, our office will send you the official application documents from:

We do not use Gmail accounts for our official rental application process.
The application will request the following:
Certified copies of the IDs of all applicants
Latest payslips
Recent bank statements
Proof of payment for the TPN credit check (where applicable)
Applications are submitted to the property owner for consideration and approval.
Please note: Approval is entirely at the owner's discretion, and no tenancy may commence until all required documentation has been completed, the lease has been signed by all parties, and confirmation to take occupation has been issued.
