Our Realtor Ride Along practicals with the Redaco Principal, is becoming a huge hit. I take all of the Redaco agents on a full day Realtor Mission throughout select Suburbs and bring the real estate industry to life for them.

This initiative is totally compliant with the prescripts of the real estate mentorship process and our agents end off becoming better at their craft. Besides that, we have fun along the way and visit the beauty that Cape Town has to offer.

All 80 of our agents are split up into groups to enjoy this brand new initiative by Redaco Property Group and Dezaya Real Estate. Besides that, I can personally ensure the agents get the best learning value.

Mentorship is a serious business and only Suitably Qualified Master Practitioners are able to ensure new entrants into the industry are trained to the highest degree.
