We are involved with youth in all spheres. From schools to cadets to Junior real estate agents. But here's our Saturday initiative that we prioritise.

Poles. Drums. Tyres. Rope. Welcome to the LETRA-Bahn.

Originally developed by the German military, the LETRA-Bahn is designed to test teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership under pressure.

For many Navy and military veterans, it brings back memories of training days. But today, it was the turn of our 12–18-year-old cadets at TS Woltemade.

Coming from different backgrounds and experiencing a Naval-style obstacle course for the first time, they quickly discovered that success doesn't come from individual strength—it comes from trusting and relying on your team.

Watching young people challenge themselves, work together, and step away from their screens gives me great hope for the future.
