But the agency behind that person matters too.

Buying or selling property involves questions, timing, documents, communication and decisions that carry emotion and weight. You need clear guidance, but you also need the confidence that your practitioner is supported by the right structure, standards and team.

💭 One thing I have learnt over the years in real estate is that people grow where they feel valued.

Too many businesses only focus on the top performers while others who are still trying to find their feet slowly lose confidence and belief in themselves. The sad part is that many of the top agents today were once the ones who needed encouragement, patience, support and somebody to believe in them. 🙏

When people feel overlooked or treated as though they are not good enough, it affects them more than we realise. Confidence drops and performance often follows.

I believe leadership is about developing people, not just celebrating results. With the right culture, support, accountability, motivation and attitude, almost anyone can improve and grow into something special. 🌱

Life also has a way of humbling all of us. Somebody at the top today may go through challenges tomorrow. What then? Do they suddenly matter less?

The strongest businesses are not built around favourites. They are built around people who feel seen, valued, supported and inspired to become the best version of themselves. ❤️

It means understanding your budget, your needs, your timeline, who is involved in the decision and what still needs to be checked before you move forward.

It also means knowing when to ask the right professional for help. Some questions need input from a bank, bond consultant, attorney, tax advisor or another qualified professional.

A prepared buyer does not have to know everything. That is not the point.

The point is to understand enough to ask better questions, avoid rushing the decision and know what your next step should be.

Before you start serious viewings, ask yourself:

Do I understand my price range?
Do I know my must-haves?
Do I know what costs may come after the purchase price?
Do I know who needs to approve the decision?
Do I know what I still need to clarify?

That is buyer readiness. Start by asking yourself: am I ready to view seriously, or am I still gathering information?

I am Adelé from REAL Realty.

My focus is simple: helping buyers understand the buying process before they commit.

My real estate career started in 2005 with RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates, where I worked across administration, sales responsibilities and rental administration.

Later, at Lew Geffen Sotheby’s, I worked as Operations Manager.

Those roles taught me how much structure, communication and preparation matter behind the scenes.

Today, as a fully qualified property practitioner with REAL Realty, I bring that experience into a buyer-focused approach.

Buying property can feel emotional and overwhelming. Buyers often worry about missing out, choosing wrong or moving too quickly. I believe clear guidance helps people slow down enough to ask better questions and take the next step with more confidence.

I chose REAL Realty because I believe in the ethos, the support and the people-first approach. For me, property is not about pressure. It is about understanding people, homes and decisions properly.
