Its been a very quick launch, a very focused approach to the market - only via personal contacts, and happy to report that I am fully booked with clients in 2 months. My focus is deploying AI in real estate companies - agencies, teams, developers only. It seems to have resonated and the clients lean into me for not just AI insights, but also general business advice. A good friend told me to focus on what I know best, and I have taken that advice to heart

Google's new quantum computer chip solves problems (in 5 minutes) that would take supercomputers 10 septillion years to complete — longer than the universe has existed:

The achievement, published in Nature, marks a major step forward for quantum computing, proving it can perform tasks beyond the capabilities of classical computers.

The chip is called "Willow."

This breakthrough centers on the random circuit sampling (RCS) benchmark, a complex statistical test used to assess computational randomness. Hartmut Neven, founder of Google Quantum AI, called Willow "the most convincing prototype" of a quantum computer to date, highlighting its potential to tackle real-world problems previously considered unsolvable.

Unlike traditional computers that process information as binary bits (ones and zeros), quantum computers use qubits, which can exist in multiple states simultaneously due to quantum superposition.

This allows them to exponentially increase computing power. However, qubits are notoriously fragile and prone to errors, a challenge Google claims to have overcome with Willow's built-in error suppression system.

Google now aims to leverage this progress to address real-world applications, such as advancements in medicine, nuclear fusion, and clean energy. Neven emphasized that quantum computing, alongside artificial intelligence, will drive transformational changes in technology, pushing humanity closer to solving otherwise insurmountable challenges.

The project briefing occurred - luxury tented safari camp in Mozambique, market research conducted, with project flow/key events, project software selection, end-user requirements specified, initial non-professional team selected, feasibility study created in Excel and ready to be completed.
Thank you Copilot and Chat GPT - using one to test the other, sanity checking, then integrating with the feasibility model. Done in less than 2 days. Ai is a game changer!

So what is my USP?

Good morning, so the research continues, 129 LLMs, multiple
coding languages, tech stack selection, big data problem identification, and then selecting the ML/Ai route to follow - which is an iterative process. This is forcing me to identify how I can add value to business.

It is to demystify the jargon, strip it down to the basics, build the existing versus "To Be" model (with identifiable gaps) select an ML model/AI that best fits the problem, and then educate, train, and change manage the people who will be using it day to day.

Currently, I have identified a property development, starting from scratch and I am walking the process from idea creation, and market positioning to professional team selection, contractor appointment, and how the end-user/buyer wants to be touched.
