These beautiful tabby siblings were adopted last year from CAAA, but due to an overseas relocation, they have sadly been surrendered back to us. Now they urgently need a loving home once again.

🐱 Crunchie (female) – Calm, observant and thoughtful. She likes to watch what’s happening before joining in, but once she does, she plays in her own gentle, attentive way.

🐱 Kitcat (male) – Confident, energetic and very affectionate! He loves playtime, close contact and lots of cuddles.

They balance each other perfectly and would make a wonderful addition to a loving family. 💕

The City has started sending out the new property valuation's to all residents but don't panic 😱😅

Cape Town's property market is booming and house values keep going higher whether you live in Camps Bay or Khayelitsha. But an increase in your property value doesn't automatically mean your rates will increase.

Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis will shortly announce a proposed new 'Rate in the Rand' which will set the final rates you'll pay. The best way to see what you'll be paying will be to use the City's Rates Calculator - once it's updated with the new figures.

NB: Once all the information is out, you will also have a chance to object to any valuation you feel is unreasonable.
