The Bothasig property has officially registered, which means it was time to hand over the keys, a little gift, and wish the new homeowners all the happiness in their new home.

There’s a lot that happens between listing a property and this moment — but seeing those smiles at the end makes it all worthwhile.

Such a happy moment in Bothasig. The property has officially registered in the buyers’ names, and today was time for the key and gift handover.

There’s something very special about this part of the property journey. After all the paperwork, waiting and planning, you finally get to say:

“Welcome home.”
