Recent events have left many of us feeling saddened and concerned about the challenges facing our community.

As residents, parents, home and business owners, and neighbours, we all want the same thing: a safe, welcoming environment where families can thrive and where people look out for one another.

While we cannot control every challenge our community faces, we can choose how we respond. By supporting local initiatives, reporting concerns through the proper channels, attending community meetings, and standing together as neighbours, we can help make a positive difference.

Tonight's candlelight vigil is not only a time to remember and reflect, but also a reminder that our community is strongest when we are united.

Such fun last night at the Blouberg /Sunningdale night market. Great turnout and such an amazing community vibe..... I was blown away by the goods for sale.... From beautiful antique jewellery made from cutlery to real leather shoes... Not to forget the most delicious fudge I've ever tasted!! ♥️is

From training sessions to coffee-fuelled brainstorming ☕🏡✨
One thing I’m really enjoying about real estate is that there’s always something new to learn. Today was spent training at the office, sharing ideas, learning from one another, and then catching up with colleagues afterwards to brainstorm and motivate each other.
It doesn’t always feel like “work” when you’re surrounded by passionate people who genuinely want to grow and help others find a place to call home ♥️

The dark side of Hong Kong... Amongst the glitzy skyscrapers and the beautiful people lies a housing and accommodation crisis rarely seen. I spent the morning with a local realtor and visited the "cage houses" where a 40sqm apartment is divided into 4. Each 10sqm space houses up to 4 cages which people call home. These cages are barely big enough to lie down in - the tiny makeshift kitchen is shared by everyone together with the toilet and shower which is in one tiny space. Minimum wage is R8000 HKG$ and the rental of a cage around 2500HKG$ (R5000)
