This sale is a wonderful example of what can happen when agents collaborate and trust one another.

I was invited by Team Vorster to assist with this property through a mini-listing arrangement. When one of their agents was unable to conduct a viewing with her prospective buyer, she trusted me to step in and show the property on her behalf.

The buyer loved the home, submitted an offer, and it was accepted. The property is now SOLD!
