This year, we want to go even bigger.

This role is suited to someone who can manage maintenance workflows efficiently, coordinate contractors, communicate professionally with trustees and owners, and ensure operational matters are handled effectively across a portfolio of community schemes.

Requirements

Strong organisational and coordination skills

Practical understanding of property maintenance and repairs

Ability to manage contractors and prioritise urgent matters

Strong communication and problem-solving ability

Competence with digital workflow and task management systems

Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous)

Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (advantageous)

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
