It was a privilege to welcome Cllr Archie Klaas, Executive Mayor of Overstrand Municipality, as we marked the start of construction at Birdsong Estate.

De Zandt has always been about more than building homes. It is about becoming part of Hermanus and creating a neighbourhood that belongs naturally within the place around it.
