May the Lord comfort all of us that lost are our dear loved ones .well in Christ we live again light is shinning to them to us its like its getting dark or its dark .I understand its ok to mourn we need to give ourselves permission to .left unrecognized and unattended to , grief can negatively impact every aspect of our being physically, cognitively, emotionally and spiritually yet we need to be spiritually strong bieng left behind .we cant heal what we dont have an awareness of we , first lost our social connections theres no inperson social engagement, hugging, no touching and the impact of immediate losses as we hunker down at home is the separation from close friends and family . It is like we mourn alone it is hard as this disrupts our emotional well-bieng .hang in there child of God know that the world is mourning with you the strength of the Almighty is what you need now because in this grief again that is where other lossess of life come from . talk about your loss honour the grief it is ok this is how we can start working on it .communicate with friends and family about your hurt, grief or experience . bottling it will not help us .and to all family members , neighbours and friends of all the bereaved families or the grieving please be there pick up that phone when it rings , llisten with no judgments or advice . we can still be there for one another that way . peace be with you all.
