Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Skewers 👌😋
Ingredients:
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubes
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into large pieces
• 1 onion, cut into large pieces
• 2 gloves garlic minced
• 2 zucchini, cut into slices
• 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
2. Thread the chicken, bell peppers, onions, garlic, zucchini and cherry tomatoes onto skewers
3. Brush with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper and paprika
4. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
