Deals don’t always go to plan… and that’s where the real work happens.

A recent transaction at 37 Peter Place in Bryanston is a perfect example of what it takes to get a deal across the line.

This wasn’t straightforward. The deal came close to falling apart more than once, with multiple moving parts needing alignment. But what made the difference was a determined tenant, a pragmatic private landlord, and a broker willing to stay the course.
