I started this journey in October, just 10 months ago and in February I did my very first viewing of this property. Little did I know, that viewing would be the beginning of such an unforgettable journey.

After months of negotiations and countless phone calls, we finally handed the property over to its new owner. Seeing this deal through from start to finish has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career so far.

Deals don’t always go to plan… and that’s where the real work happens.

A recent transaction at 37 Peter Place in Bryanston is a perfect example of what it takes to get a deal across the line.

This wasn’t straightforward. The deal came close to falling apart more than once, with multiple moving parts needing alignment. But what made the difference was a determined tenant, a pragmatic private landlord, and a broker willing to stay the course.
