The Property Circle The Property Circle is dedicated to the goal of ‘Bringing Buyers & Sellers Together’. We have our own website: www.thepropertycircle.co.za .

We market our listings in several ways:
Customer database: List of buyers looking for property in the area. Currently we have close to 2000 on our database which we have built up since 2005. All our listings are posted to the site with detailed descriptions and colour photos. The Property Circle maintains, designs and updates its own website with the expert assistance of Integral technologies. W

e provide map positioning along with a street view of individual properties on our web site. Our website has grown to be one of the busiest if not the busiest property web sites on the South Coast which draws in excess of 30 000 views monthly. We further advertise on the top property portals in South Africa, sites like www.myproperty.co.za, www.property24.com, www.iol.co.za, www.mweb.co.za and more. Our listing get a further 40 000 plus views from these web sites monthly. This means we get the maximum web exposure for our listings possible. We don’t do newspaper marketing anymore. This is marketing of the past. With 85% of property transactions taking place through web based marketing we do not see the need for this
We further use the usual “For Sale” boards and “Show Houses”. We are members of the Institute Of Estate Agents Of South Africa and the Estate Agency Affairs board. Both these bodies regulate and provide training for Estate Agents in South Africa. Since we started The Property Circle in 2005 we have grown consistently despite the economic downturn and have earned a reputation as a force to be reckoned with in our industry. We continually train and sharpen our skills.
