In this role, you aren't just managing a desk, you are completely in charge of the daily agent and client experience. From giving our new recruits a warm welcome on day one to keeping the daily energy high.

What a typical day looks like:

🌞 Welcoming New Agents: Help them settle in quickly, coordinate their system setups, and give them personalized office tours.

🌞 Running the Office Vibe: Run our office notice boards and manage our group chats to celebrate team wins, birthdays, and upcoming training.

🌞 Behind-the-Scenes Admin: Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate with office suppliers, and route incoming business leads fairly and quickly.

🌞 Supporting the Team: Keep your finger on the pulse of the office, helping out where needed and connecting agents to the right leaders when they need support.

“How the packing coming along?” We didn’t realise how much life you can build in 15 years… until we had to pack it all up.

The secret is officially out, and my house is officially in chaos! 📦

After so many incredible memories, laughs, and years here in the Lowveld, it’s time for a massive new adventure. Starting 1 July, I am packing up my family, life and relocating to the Western Cape!

To my current Lowveld clients—please don’t panic! I am still 100% invested in you and your properties. I have some incredible mandates here that I am absolutely staying committed to. I’ll be teaming up with my amazing local colleagues to ensure everything runs seamlessly, and I’ll be making regular trips back up here to make sure those keys get handed over properly. You are in safe, collaborative hands! 🔑

Leaving this amazing community isn’t easy at all, and I am going to miss my family, friends, clients, and colleagues immensely. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has supported me along the way.

To be completely honest, rebuilding a business from scratch is terrifying, but I am so incredibly excited to announce that I’ll be joining the team at Keller Williams Dynamic, focusing on property in Paarl and the beautiful Cape Winelands.

For those in the Western Cape (or anyone thinking of making the move down themselves!), I’m on my way! I am currently hunting for my own rental while packing up my life, so I am right there in the trenches with you. 😅

I’ll also be documenting this entire adventure on TikTok—from leaving the Lowveld to building a real estate business from scratch in the Cape Winelands. If you’d like to follow the journey, I’d love to have you along for the ride.
