Harcourts Mossel Bay is looking for an experienced, detail-focused Financial Administrator to join our team.

Important: Applicants must have WeConnectU experience. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Proven bookkeeping experience up to trial balance
• 2–3 years’ relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
• Sectional title or community scheme experience is advantageous

The position includes levy billing, processing accounts and receipts, reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support and maintaining accurate financial records.
