📢 “HOW DO STUDENTS THINK THIS IS OKAY? 🤔”
I’m seriously asking how are landlords expected to be professional with tenants who refuse to be professional?
📌 A tenant moves in, stays, and then decides to leave the next day without paying.
📌 A tenant receives a contract, refuses to sign it, but still stays then later says ‘I didn’t sign, so I’m not bound by the rules.’
📌 A tenant gets the contract late by ONE day and then makes it an excuse to ignore the rules.
📌 A tenant agrees to the rules verbally, then changes their mind once they receive the contract.
📌 A tenant expects a REFUND after breaking all the terms of the contract.
🚨 HOW CAN LANDLORDS RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS?
Contracts exist for a reason. They protect both the landlord and the tenant. But if a tenant refuses to sign, does that mean they don’t have to follow the rules? NO.
❌ If you accepted accommodation, you accepted the terms.
❌ If you stayed in the room, you pay rent.
❌ If you decide to leave early, you lose your deposit end of story.
❌ Landlords are not here to entertain games.
Students need to stop playing around with accommodation and start respecting rental agreements. If you can’t follow simple policies, how will you ever be a responsible professional in the real world?
💬 Landlords, have you experienced this?
Students, why do some of you behave like this? Let’s discuss.
