Please note when I applied for the MTN faster connection and cancelled the Telkom because these are in the same house. Telkom was not cancelled and I was double billed -Month 1
I called and WhatsAppd with many agents to say please cancel the Telkom service-Month 2MTN sim card was delivered and never worked. I requested for it to be cancelled too because we were still on the UNCANCELLED Telkom Wifi. Month 3 - I was double billed yet again and I requested for all services to be cancelled. Please revise your quote for the Telkom WIFI only for 2 months which I then cancelled and had to block your company from my bank account because I received no help from your end.

The agents are not helpful now I am stuck with an uncancelled bill had to block them from from my account for them to stop billing me. Now they are emailing with no assistance. You can not speak to anyone at this company. join them at your own risk
