The advice that I would like to give to the new kids on the block about making success in their career in property is to be reliable and honest to your clients,if you do not know something about the property or the business, find out for them.Clients don't expect you to know everything, but they do expect you to find out, be reliable and honest, and come back to them.You will have your' down' days, but with a positive attitude tomorrow will be better (it's not what you say, it's what you do)

This industry has great rewards for those who prepared to invest time and money in building their reputations as becoming great estate agents.It is not a quick win space,it requires determination and one has to enjoy being of service to others. This is about serving buyers and sellers alike,responding to their needs and assisting them in fulfilling their dreams of finding a new home or selling the one they currently have .It is also a great industry to acquire on the job training,as you can earn while you learn.This is an industry for many people,provided they're willing to learn.They would need financial support in the first six months as this is a commission based industry.Contact a real estate agency near you,and find out if they're recruiting for estate agents (with or without experience). Offices are forever looking for estate agents who are willing to learn and grow in this industry
