Meet Pumla!

Pumla is one of the friendly faces who will welcome you at our Rosemary Forum location. Her name means “to relax” and it fits perfectly. She brings a calm, grounded energy into the space and says she doesn’t get stressed easily, which is always a bonus in a busy work environment.🏢

Outside of Grit Space, Pumla is passionate about people. She regularly visits children’s homes and hospitals to pray for those in need, and that same heart for service shows in how she supports everyone who walks through our doors.

She describes herself as a true “people’s person” who values respect, kindness, and
genuine connection❤. For her, Grit Space stands out because of the personal, human touch where members are seen, heard, and supported quickly when needed.

Pumla also shares that she loves her role and feels valued by the leadership team, who believed in her potential from the start. That support allows her to show up every day with pride in what she does.

Meet Tendai!

The friendly face that welcomes you at our Hazelwood location 😊

Tendai has been part of Grit Space for 5 years, right from the very beginning. She believes it’s the way you greet and treat people that makes all the difference, and that personal touch is exactly what sets Grit Space apart.

For her, it’s the little things that matter like asking about your weekend, remembering your name, and making sure every client feels seen and valued.

(And of course… fast, reliable internet is always a bonus 😉)

When she’s not at work, Tendai loves cooking, especially burgers 🍔 She makes everything from scratch, from the patties to the dough!

Her name means “Thanks to God,” and we truly are grateful to have her as part of our team.
