WIPRA Fence weekly update — Monday, 3 February 2025

The er****on of the fences along Solomon Mahlangu and Delmas Road between the complexes have been completed. The only remaining work there is the concrete plinths underneath the fences which is presently about 50% complete.
Er****on of the fence along Richmond street is 80% complete. The outstanding work constitutes connecting the fence onto the fence of Erasmusview, the installation of the gate and the plinth.
All the work on these fences should be completed by Friday, 7 February.
A meeting was held with personnel from Gautrans and solutions for securing the area around the culvert and limiting the erosion leading into the small stormwater drain have been discussed. We will approach the relevant contractors to address and resolve these aspects.
