For this week’s Working Drawing Wednesday, we are sharing the floor plans and renderings of the new Type C Lumen Residence at The Terraces in Steyn City.

The design has been developed to support both elegant entertaining and practical daily living. The ground floor opens onto an enclosed patio and swimming pool, creating a generous indoor-outdoor connection while maintaining comfort and privacy.

One of the key functional features of the home is the inclusion of two separate mudrooms, positioned at the main entrance and the garage entrance. This helps to separate arrival points and supports a more considered flow through the house.

On the upper level, the cinema and audio room above the garage creates a dedicated entertainment space, while the rest of the floor accommodates the family living areas and bedrooms in a well-balanced arrangement.
