A new 344sqm home designed by Kunz Raubenheimer Architects for Rexco Developments in Helderfontein Estate.

This four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence combines contemporary architecture with a warm and grounded material palette. Pitched roof forms, white-plastered walls, dark roof sheeting, timber screening, and terracotta accents give the house a clear identity while keeping the overall composition calm and residential in character.

The home is planned around generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen spaces that connect directly to the covered patio and garden, creating a strong relationship between inside and outside. The rendered floor plan also gives insight into how the layout has been carefully considered to support both family living and entertaining.

Site Progress Update | Solis Bryanston

Construction at Solis Bryanston, designed by Kunz Raubenheimer Architects continues to gain momentum.

Our latest site progress shows significant work on the civil infrastructure, including bulk earthworks, deep service trenches, stormwater and underground services, as well as ongoing site preparation that will form the foundation of this exciting new development.

Every stage completed brings Solis one step closer to becoming a boutique residential community in the heart of Bryanston.

Demand has been strong, with 2 homes already reserved, leaving only 6 stands still available.

If you’ve been considering building your new home in a secure, well-positioned development, now is the time to act. As construction progresses, the remaining opportunities become increasingly limited.

Get in touch with Rexco Developments to secure one of the final available stands and become part of the Solis Bryanston community.

Only 6 stands remain.

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗖 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

For this week’s Working Drawing Wednesday, we are sharing the floor plans and renderings of the new Type C Lumen Residence at The Terraces in Steyn City.

The design has been developed to support both elegant entertaining and practical daily living. The ground floor opens onto an enclosed patio and swimming pool, creating a generous indoor-outdoor connection while maintaining comfort and privacy.

One of the key functional features of the home is the inclusion of two separate mudrooms, positioned at the main entrance and the garage entrance. This helps to separate arrival points and supports a more considered flow through the house.

On the upper level, the cinema and audio room above the garage creates a dedicated entertainment space, while the rest of the floor accommodates the family living areas and bedrooms in a well-balanced arrangement.

These drawings and renderings offer a look at how technical planning and architectural intent come together to shape a home of clarity, comfort and character.
