As a little treat from us, the first 40 people to arrive will receive a complimentary coffee and cake voucher that is redeemable at The Daily Coffee Shop at FOR.

The morning includes:
• 9:00–9:15am: Multi-genre dance along
• 9:15–10:00am: Yoga session followed by the Wave The White community video recorded in studio.

Ferndale friends this Sunday the Randburg Harriers Challenge with Discovery Vitality is on just minutes from our beautiful suburb 👟

Distances: 21.1km Half Marathon | 10km Road Race |5km Fun Run*
Start/Finish Venue: Randburg Sports Complex on Republic Road
Parking: Ferndale On Republic serves as a designated parking area

*Entries look sold out, so check with the organisers for any late spots.

Ferndale, Randburg is where first time buyers start their journey and where established owners cash in the equity.

Here's a snapshot of what's currently happening in the market:

Apartment / Complexes (sectional title units) are booming in volume! Sales went up from 192 units in 2020 to 494 in 2026, that's more than double what it was in 2020.
If you're a seller: With so much new stock coming onto the market your unit needs to be priced and marketed correctly to compete - buyers have options 💵
If you're a buyer: Ferndale is one of the most active apartment markets right now - lots of stock and choice at genuinely affordable entry points.

Houses (erven/freestanding) are the opposite story... scarce and pricier! Sales have declined from 145 in 2020 to 33 in 2026 BUT the average price-tag kept climbing from R2.2 to 2.35M this year, despite there being fewer houses coming onto the market.
So what does this mean? Well if you own a house and you're looking to sell it's a good time if you're ready!
If you're looking to buy don't wait too long on houses in this area ⏲️
