Even though we are bit optimistic about the futurenof the property market... The lingering high interest rate circle is causing headwinds towards recovery. There hasn't been a property value growth in the past 6 years and hence most of the properties on the market currently are selling at a discount, sometimes even less than the price they were bought at 6 years ago.

Things will turn around and soon.

The South African Reserve Bank’s Monetary Policy Committee will be meeting next week to decide its next move – this is what economists expect.
