🌟 to the incredible property development journey of the prestigious Pont de Val Winery in the Freestate! 🍇🍷

Loved working with the overall planning, including design and feasibility, to witnessing the final result, this project was a real milestone. Being part of the process from start to finish was an amazing experience, showcasing the power of teamwork and dedication.

Little did we know what challenges awaited us shortly after the Winery’s grand opening (COVID-19), which presented the operational management team with unprecedented hurdles. However, one of the standout qualities of the team is their remarkable ability to adapt to any situation thrown their way. This resilience is a testament to the strength and spirit of the team💪👏

Well done to everyone involved in making this project a reality and for continuing to shine through challenging times! 🍷🏆

...no we are not playing games...or scrolling through social media... I was privileged to be involved in the testing of a new app, called Tredco, in development phase... and... it is launching soon!

This is specifically for the building & construction industry and will definitely increase the effectiveness of a business of any size, in the early phase of a project. Really great session with Johannes and Philip…great work and thanks for the opportunity.

We are very excited to share that final approvals was granted by ELM on the building plans for the Hive Self-Storage & Office Park in Vanderbijlpark.

It has been dedicated work (and a lot of follow ups) for a good 12 months, with the initial commencement of the first communication with the town planner taking place 15 months ago...

During this time various elements of the application had to come together with a Site Development Plan being developed, re-zoning application handed in with local authority, Environmental Impact Assessment completed and approved, Site development plan and building plan approval from local authority...this has been a challenging and rewarding project… we have come through it and have it all approved and ready for construction!

We have a happy client, who can now start focussing on getting the buildings up and start running the business which they envisioned!

We wish them all the best with this and thank them for the journey in the last year + a few months and we look forward to work with them again in the future 😁

We all know municipalities are failing us in many areas, lack of vision for further development for example being one of them, but you also have good and hard-working people doing their jobs everyday. This is Moipone at Ngwathe Municipality, hard working and such a nice person to chat to. Thanks for the help. Appreciated 👌🏽
