🚨Thinking of selling your home? There’s one important step many homeowners forget…

If you still have a home loan (bond) with the bank, you’re required to give them 90 days’ written notice when you decide to sell your property. Even before the “Sold” sign goes up.

💡What happens if you don’t give notice? Here’s where it can get a bit uncomfortable.
❌ The bank will charge penalties for early termination of a home loan
❌ You could face unexpected costs at transfer stage such as bond cancelation costs that are payable to the attorneys on the bank’s panel
❌ It may delay your transfer process

👍The good news?
✅ Giving notice doesn’t mean you have to sell within 90 days
✅ It simply protects you from penalties

It’s basically giving your bank a polite “heads up” before you move on.
