🎓 Full Grade 12; advanced culinary/hospitality/business qualification
🏨 3+ years in large-scale hotel pastry operations (incl. specialty cakes)
🧠 Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration
✨ Proven creativity and innovation in pastry design
📊 Competence in food service management & inventory control
🤝 High self-drive, teamwork orientation, and service excellence
