Let’s talk about the holy communion the Bible clearly teaches us in the books stated below
In the book of,
Matthew 26:26-28
While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
And in
Luke 22:19-20
And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, This is the body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.

1 Corinthians 11:23-26
For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread... “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way, after supper he took the cup... “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.

What it means
Communion is about remembrance, unity,and the new covenant through Jesus’ body and blood.

_Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
This one’s the go-to for youth leadership. It shuts down the “wait your turn” idea.

*2. Ecclesiastes 12:1
_Remember your Creator in the days of your youth…
Good if you want to frame it as youth being active in purpose now, not later.

3. Psalm 119:9
_How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word.
Works well if the caption is about leading with integrity.
