A few things to consider when you are looking for your suitable Boarding House.

1. 🔍 View before you vibe!
Don't commit to a boarding house without checking it out first. Your future self will thank you 😊

2. 📝 Get it in writing!
No signed lease agreement = no rent paid. Be smart, not sorry 💡

3. 🤔 Don't judge a hood by its cover..
Lusaka has got hidden gems!
Explore and find your perfect spot 🌟

4. 📸 Snap a pic (of the lease agreement)!
Make sure you have a copy to keep proof of what's included in your rent and ask for the Boarding House rules.

5. 🚪 Safety first!
Check those locks, gates, and security on the premises. Your safety is top priority 🔒

6. 🚫 Don't get ghosted.
Pay attention to how the landlord or house manager responds to you. Your first engagement is a tell sign of how they will continue to engage and communicate with you. Good vibes only.

7. 🧹 Cleanliness is next to...
