Job titles: Online course content creator and Medical/Scientific writers
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
-Create scientific training content in PowerPoint as well as Articulate Storyline.
-Work with subject matter experts to ensure that the scientific content is accurate and timely.
-Write training materials including scripts, knowledge checks, certification tests, and screen text.
-Create course learning objectives that are concise and testable using adult learning principles.
-Ensure course is engaging and interactive.
-Creatively assess how course can be improved.
-Work/manage development of multiple courses in parallel.
-Work with LMS manager to ensure completed course is implemented on LMS.
-Test course to ensure it is working properly.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree required in Medicine or Pharmacy
-Experience developing hands-on, interactive training materials.
-Knowledge and experience using Articulate Storyline required. (Other applications including Articulate Replay, Articulate Rise, etc is desired.)
REQUIREMENTS.
-Computer: Desktop or Laptop.
min. 4 GB of Ram.
Windows 7/8/10, Chrome OS or MAC.
Reliable Internet Access with at least 20 Mbps Download & 10 Mbps upload speed (no WiFi).
-Headphones with microphone USB that plugs into your computer.
Must be proficient with basic PC skills.
Basic English written/spoken language.
Quiet working area away from distractions to work full shift.
Must be able to work independently and get the job done.
Desire to learn skills to successfully work from home.
-Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
-Must be self-sufficient, detail-oriented and be able to complete projects with minimal supervision.
-Hands-on, energetic individual who can comfortably integrate into a small-company culture defined by teamwork to achieve corporate goals.
-Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion with important matters.
