Zimbabwe Housing Projects Trust (ZHP) is a national housing and land development organization established in 2010, dedicated to delivering affordable, structured, and sustainable residential land solutions across Zimbabwe.
As a membership-driven housing trust, ZHP provides individuals, corporates, cooperatives, associations, civil servants, and civil society groups with structured access to land development opportunities across major towns and growth corridors nationwide.
Over the years, ZHP has developed and facilitated the delivery of tens of thousands of residential stands in selected towns and cities, contributing to inclusive and planned urban expansion across the country.
Our operations are built on strategic collaboration with local authorities, private landowners, and financial institutions through micro-mortgage facility arrangements, enabling more people to access affordable land ownership through flexible and structured payment solutions.
