At just the age of 23, I took a leap of faith with a group of friends. We pooled our resources to invest in something that was safe enough to preserve our capital and create an opportunity for growth, and so we built our first house. 🏡

The experience taught me invaluable lessons about teamwork, decision-making, and the potential of real estate. That first project was a success, and we’re still doing business together today. What started as a safe investment has grown into a passion and a profession that’s rooted in knowledge, experience, and a love for building homes and unlocking new opportunities.

The other day, my father reminded me that when I was 10, I was glued to shows like Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and other real estate and construction programs. I dreamed of creating beautiful, functional spaces just like the ones on TV. Fast-forward to today and I’m living that dream—building houses and apartments and transforming spaces through home renovations.

This 6-unit townhouse development was an absolute joy to bring to life, combining my passion for real estate and construction with a commitment to excellence.
