Honored and grateful to have been part of the Women Choice – She for She Program, a powerful 12-week journey dedicated to empowering women in leadership.
Being mentored by Kika Pavese and supported by Property Finder has been an incredible opportunity to grow, refine my skills, and elevate my professional perspective. The knowledge shared, the honest conversations, and the leadership tools we explored have truly made a lasting impact.
As a woman in real estate in Abu Dhabi, this experience has further strengthened my drive to lead, contribute, and play an active role in shaping the future of our industry.
One of the greatest gifts of this program has been the bonding with my fellow mentees. Each woman brought strength, authenticity, and inspiration, and I’m proud to be part of such a driven and supportive community.
Today, we wrapped up our final session with a wonderful lunch together in Dubai — a perfect and meaningful way to celebrate our journey, our achievements, and the connections we’ve built.
Excited to carry forward everything I’ve learned and continue growing, contributing, and lifting those around me.
