Saadiyat apartment prices are up 35% year-on-year, and the district is still adding chapters: Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, and now Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, opening this December.

Saadiyat Grove sits right in the middle of that momentum, first handover this October, studio to 2-bedroom apartments, and the district isn't done yet, Dar al Funoon, Frank Gehry's final work, opens here in 2030.
