بحسب المعلومات المتداولة، إعمار انتهت من تصميم برج خور دبي، وكان من المخطط طرح المناقصة تمهيداً لبدء الأعمال والإعلان عن التصميم النهائي.
لكن بسبب الظروف الأخيرة وتأثر حركة الشحن وإغلاق بعض الموانئ، تم تأجيل طرح المناقصة لمدة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 4 أشهر، إلى حين عودة حركة الموانئ واستقرار الأسعار وانخفاض تكاليف المواد والإنشاء.
الجميع يترقب انطلاقة المشروع من جديد، خاصة أنه من أكثر المشاريع المنتظرة في دبي.
According to circulating information, Emaar has completed the design of Dubai Creek Tower and was preparing to launch the main construction tender ahead of announcing the final design and starting works.
However, due to recent shipping disruptions and port closures affecting supply chains, the tender has reportedly been postponed by approximately 3–4 months until ports resume normal operations and construction material prices stabilize.
Many are eagerly awaiting the project’s next phase, as it remains one of Dubai’s most anticipated developments.
