We are a leading contracting company based in Abu Dhabi, seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor Engineer (QS Engineer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage construction costs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost estimates.
Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies.
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor agreements.
Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of construction work.
Prepare detailed project reports and maintain proper documentation.
Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
Proficiency in QS tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.).
Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Location: Abu Dhabi
