Looks like we have hit bottom: no more decline from 1st quarter to 2nd quarter 2019 in the sales price and rent (according to Asteco Real Estate report). Now is a good time to buy an apartment in RAK Tower. Best location on Reem Island right next to the bridge to 11th street. No traffic light to get off the island and most apartments have a beautiful view of the water. The sunset over downtown Abu Dhabi is visible from most flats with numbers -03, -04, -05, sunrise from flats numbered -01, -02. Current occupancy rate at over 90% and in the future we will be one of the first buildings with a homeowners association in Abu Dhabi. RAK Tower will always be a prime long term investment in Abu Dhabi.
