Some things you hear stay with you.

At LIVEX yesterday, Aldar CEO Talal Al Dhiyebi spoke about the 213 days since 28 February, and asked us simply to look at Abu Dhabi today.

The airports are open. The malls are busy. Construction continues. Parks are full of families. Schools are growing. Businesses are expanding.

And then he said:

“The city isn’t standing still. It’s moving forward.”

That became the lens through which we saw the rest of LIVEX.

It’s not often Nuno is lost for words. 😂

We went for a first look inside a 5-bedroom villa at Al Naseem, Hudayriyat Island, and it’s safe to say this one exceeded expectations.

The scale. The ceiling heights. The natural light. The build quality. And a location that speaks for itself.

You can see the exact moment this went from a property viewing to Nuno mentally moving in. 😂

Sometimes a property is even better than you expected it to be.

This was one of those.

Sometimes finding the right home means trusting someone else to see the potential too.

When this family first viewed this 5-bedroom villa in Al Muneera, it was far from move-in ready. But they trusted Carla, trusted the process and could see what this home could become.

Now, after cleaning, maintenance and renovations, Carla is back for one of the final visits before they move in next week.
