An exciting handover is due to start early next year, with the community really starting to take shape. 🏗️

And just like that, Q3 is done.

Big Q4 ahead after a nice little reset. There’s a lot of opportunity in the market at the moment for all different levels of investors, and I expect to see even more coming through in the back end of the year

Saadiyat Cultural District.

More than just a few museums and branded residences.

It’s becoming a global cultural hub, bringing together art, education, hospitality, entertainment and some of the world’s biggest cultural institutions.

With places like Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, teamLab Phenomena, Berklee Abu Dhabi and the Abrahamic Family House, the district is creating something that goes far beyond property.

And for Abu Dhabi, it’s not just about attracting visitors. It’s about creating jobs, bringing businesses, attracting talent and adding another reason for people to live, work and invest here.

But not every launch is for everyone, and I don’t believe in sharing something just because it’s new.
